Must have: Candidate should have experience in B2B Service based in inside Sales.


Experience: 15 to 18 Years.


Location: Noida sector 62.


Immediate Joiners Only.


Interview Mode: F2F.


Roles and Responsibilities:


What We Expect From You:

- A sales leader who is strong in execution with proven experience in selling B2b solutions and managing large sales team.

- Should be a high achiever with a proven track record.

- You should be excellent in analytical/reasoning.

Job Description:

- You will be required to Set up a sales process in place to monitor effort, effectiveness and results.

- Work with Hr team to make sure required no of sales resources are In place.

- Mentor and train the sales team to make sure, they sell the solutions to the prospective customers.

- Work with branch managers, to make sure the revenue targets are met.

- Work with marketing team to generate leads of the prospective customers.

- Conduct daily huddles with the Branch Managers and Sales Team members to discuss the day plan and numbers to be achieved.

Skill Set:

- You should be excellent in analytical/reasoning skills; good team player.

What We Would Also Like:

- MBA from a reputed collage, with excellent team management skills,.
