Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing TA team with clear KPIs, productivity benchmarks, and performance management.
- Create scalable hiring frameworks for tech, product, sales, operations, marketing, and international roles.
Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Ensure timely and quality hiring across departments while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive structured hiring processes including assessments, skill matrices, behavioral evaluation frameworks, and competency-based interviews.
Hiring Operations, Systems & Processes:
- Implement best-in-class ATS, automation tools, and data-driven dashboards for hiring efficiency.
- Establish SLAs, TATs, sourcing mix strategies, and process compliance across the hiring ecosystem.
Employer Branding & Talent Marketing:
- Create employer branding campaigns, social media hiring communications, and digital presence for talent outreach.
- Develop recruitment marketing content including job posts, hiring videos, career pages, and culture stories.
Sourcing Excellence & Leadership Hiring
- Lead CXO, senior management, and niche talent hiring for mission-critical roles.
- Create a strong talent pipeline for future growth, expansion, and new business verticals.
Data-Driven Hiring & Recruitment Analytics
- TAT, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Sourcing Channel Performance, Hiring Cost, Talent Quality Metrics.
- Provide periodic hiring dashboards and insights to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement through hiring analytics and forecasting.
Diversity, Culture & Candidate Experience
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Strengthen hiring processes to reflect Tradologies culture, values, and performance-driven DNA.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven success in building and scaling hiring teams in high-growth, startup, or digital-first organizations.
- Deep understanding of recruitment strategy, employer branding, sourcing frameworks, and TA analytics.
- Strong experience hiring for tech, product, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership roles.
- Expertise with ATS systems, hiring automation platforms, and talent intelligence tools.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
