- Lead bulk trading and operations of Agri based products including Grains/Pulses/Spices/Dry Fruits/Peanuts/Oil seeds & derivatives, overseeing international imports and exports.
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, suppliers, brokers, and buyers to secure favourable contract terms and cultivate strong business partnerships.
- Monitor global agriculture product markets, trading risks, and international economic/political developments, providing timely updates and implementing proactive trading strategies.
- Oversee daily trading activities, reporting on transactions, financial performance, and profitability.
- Develop and implement business plans, policies, and budgets for agri trading operations to achieve organisational goals.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, credit risk policies, quality standards, and supply chain requirements.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills while managing multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications required:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Agriculture, Economics, Business, or Finance, or a related discipline; Master's
- 10-15 years of senior-level experience in agri product trading,
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant sectors, and supply chain management, complemented by demonstrated leadership in strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
