Role: SDR Manager.

Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (EST).

What will you be doing here?:

- Design, execute, and continually refine outbound prospecting strategies for core and new solution areas, leveraging email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted account-based tactics.

- Own pipeline generation metrics (SQLs, qualified meetings, ICP penetration) and drive accountability to stretch targets.

- Implement tools, playbooks, and best practices to support outbound productivity and conversion.

- Collaborate with marketing for outbound campaign alignment and event-based pipeline generation.

- Lead, recruit, and coach a best-in-class team of outbound SDRs , fostering a culture of performance, curiosity, and resilience.

- Own reporting and dashboarding for pipeline creation, SDR activity, and key performance metrics.

Requirement:

- 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales with at least 2 years leading a high-velocity SDR/BDR team.

- Consistent track record of team quota attainment and pipeline generation.

- Strong outbound expertise in cold calls, objection handling, discovery, and multichannel strategy.

- Hands-on experience with modern sales tech.

- Data-driven mindset; comfortable forecasting, reporting, and optimizing KPIs.

- High energy, strong communication skills, and a team-first leadership style.
