What you will be doing:
- Own global revenue target for new logo acquisition, mid market and enterprise.
- Build pipeline through industry relationships, outbound, events, and partners.
- Run end to end enterprise sales cycles, including multi stakeholder discovery, ROI, security reviews, legal, and procurement.
- Lead and coach a high performance team while maintaining strong personal quota.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, deal hygiene, and disciplined execution.
- Work closely with Product and Customer Success to strengthen positioning, win references, and drive expansion.
Desired Profile:
- 10-12 plus years of enterprise SaaS sales, with consistent quota attainment.
- Experience in selling trade compliance, export controls, sanctions, classification, trade content, or adjacent compliance and risk SaaS.
- Strong industry network across importers, exporters, logistics providers, and trade compliance leaders.
- Comfortable selling new technology solutions into regulated environments.
- Team leadership experience, with player coach ownership.
- Executive presence and strong written communication.
