What you will be doing?:
- Own end-to-end enterprise sales for Banks, NBFCs, and FIs, from prospecting to closure.
- Build and execute a strategic sales plan for the FI vertical, aligned with company goals.
- Drive predictable revenue growth with clear pipeline management and forecasting.
- Lead large, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle enterprise deals with deep solution selling.
- Identify, open, and develop new relationships across CXO, CRO, CTO, COO, Digital & Business teams within banks/NBFCs.
- Deeply understand customer needs, business KPIs, and tech landscapes to drive consultative selling.
- Expand wallets within existing FI customers through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Stay updated on FI sector trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align solutions with customer needs.
- Provide market insights to influence product roadmap and solution positioning.
Desired Profile:
- 10-15 years experience in Enterprise Sales, with at least 5-7 years selling to Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions.
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals.
- Strong relationships and network within the BFSI ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of FI priorities: risk, compliance, fraud, data, lending, payments, security, etc.
- Experience in selling SaaS, data products, analytics platforms, API-based solutions, or enterprise tech.
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and consultative selling skills.
