Role

We are seeking a dynamic Training Manager whose primary function is training for Tradelab product knowledge, capital markets domain knowledge, and related content creation. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive training programs that enable both internal teams and external clients to effectively utilize Tradelab's suite of trading technology products, including our OMS, RMS, trading terminals, crypto wallet solutions, and KYC/Compliance systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver in-depth training programs focused on Tradelab product knowledge, including trading terminals, OMS, RMS, exchange connectivity platforms, and wallet solutions

- Develop comprehensive capital markets domain training covering trading workflows, order types, risk management concepts, market microstructure, and regulatory compliance

- Create engaging training content including user manuals, video tutorials, interactive modules, quick reference guides, and knowledge base articles

- Conduct product training sessions for new clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption of Tradelab's technology stack

- Train internal teams including sales, support, implementation, and development teams on product features, updates, and domain concepts

- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and competency assessments

- Maintain and update training materials to reflect product enhancements, new features, and evolving market regulations

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand upcoming features and translate them into training content

- Build a structured learning path for different user personas including traders, risk managers, operations teams, and IT administrators

- Conduct "train the trainer" sessions to empower client teams to cascade knowledge within their organizations

- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and ensure training resources are easily accessible

- Track training metrics and provide insights to improve program effectiveness and learner engagement

Skills & Experience

- 5-8 years of experience in training, learning & development, or technical training roles with strong content creation capabilities

- Prior experience in the FinTech or Capital Markets industry is mandatory

- Deep understanding of capital markets operations, trading workflows, order management systems, and risk management principles

- Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts and domain knowledge into easily digestible training content

- Strong instructional design skills with experience creating diverse learning materials (presentations, videos, documentation, e-learning modules)

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

- Experience training both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different levels

- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, Canva, or similar platforms

- Strong project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gather subject matter expertise

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Education, or related field; professional training certifications are a plus.
