Roles & Responsibility:
- A Trade Relationship Manager (TRM) at Bank focuses on acquiring high-value Current Account customers in international trade, managing their relationships, ensuring compliance (KYC/AML), and driving business via trade finance products (LCs, guarantees, forex).
- Key duties involve lead generation, cross-selling other bank products, activating initial trade transactions, guiding clients on rates, and delivering excellent service for customer delight.
- Identify and acquire new Current Account clients involved in import/export businesses.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with trade clients, acting as a single point of contact.
-Promote and sell trade finance solutions (Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Forex services, etc.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations during onboarding and operations.

- Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in trade finance.
