Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans to support brand strategies and business objectives.
- Create annual and quarterly channel-specific activation calendars.
- Translate marketing campaigns into channel-ready programs tailored to shopper behavior.
2. Channel Activation
- Design and implement in-store promotions, displays, POS materials, and visibility campaigns.
- Work with sales teams to drive execution excellence across channels.
- Plan and manage new product launches at the trade level.
3. Sales Enablement
- Support sales teams with trade tools, channel-specific communication, and training materials.
- Track and analyze performance of trade promotions and suggest improvements.
- Monitor and optimize sell-in and sell-out performance.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure seamless planning and execution.
- Coordinate with external vendors, creative agencies, and merchandising partners.
5. Data Analysis & Market Insights
- Analyze shopper and channel behavior to improve program effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activity and trade performance.
- Measure ROI of trade activities and prepare regular reports and presentations.
6. Budget Management
- Own the trade marketing budget and ensure efficient utilization.
- Track spending vs. plan and measure return on investment for each initiative.
