ROLE BRIEF: - Responsible for increasing the market share through the design and implementation of an aggressive marketing plan based on thorough analysis and evaluation of the market - Bring innovation to marketing activations, merchandising and field marketing activities in the state in alignment with RMM within the budgets resulting in enhanced measurable effectiveness. - Define and refine trade marketing process for the state. - This is a Trade Marketing role with a very strong connection to Sales in terms of collaborative working with sales - Marketing and Business Acumen are required for the role QUALIFICATION: - An MBA with 3-6 years of experience EXPERIENCE: - Must have experience and successful track record with Brand/ Trade Marketing for 2-4 years. - Experience in Sales function is desirable. - Ability to manage agency relationships to maximize impact of spending, as well as evaluate ROI.
