Role Overview:
Looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to drive in-store visibility, retail activation, and trade strategies across key regions. This role is critical in ensuring strong retail execution and product performance in a competitive FMCG landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement regional trade marketing strategies across GT and MT.
- Lead execution of retail branding, product visibility, promotions, and in-store activations.
- Monitor trade spends and ROI from schemes and campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to execute market-specific programs.
- Develop trade collateral and coordinate with external vendors for POSM and branding.
- Analyze shopper behavior and adapt strategies to drive conversion and shelf performance.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in trade marketing roles within FMCG.
- Deep understanding of retail dynamics, planograms, and shopper marketing.
- Proven ability to manage trade marketing budgets and drive execution at scale.
- Excellent regional market understanding and vendor coordination skills.
