Trade Marketing Manager - FMCG Key Responsibilities: Channel Engagement & Relationship Building: - Build and manage strong partnerships with stockists, distributors, and retail dealers across key regions. - Serve as the key liaison between field sales teams, brand teams, and trade partners to ensure aligned execution. Retail Collaborations & Joint Marketing: - Partner with high-performing retail outlets for co-branded campaigns, bundling opportunities, and product demos. - Pilot creative in-store promotions and identify scalable initiatives that improve visibility and conversions. Training & Enablement: - Conduct product training and scheme briefings for field sales teams, promoters, and distribution partners. - Ensure clear communication of trade programs and consistent brand messaging across all trade-facing stakeholders. Trade Pricing & Discount Strategy: - Develop and manage region-specific pricing and discount strategies aligned with trade objectives. - Monitor program effectiveness, assess financial impact, and make data-informed adjustments to maximize ROI. Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 4-8 years in trade or channel marketing, ideally in FMCG or retail.
