Job Title - Trade Marketing Executive OR Field Merchandising Executive Location - Pune About Employer - One of the top FMCG companies Product categories - Personal care, Home care, Hygiene, Grooming products Roles and Responsibilities: - Driving and managing sales promotion activities in the assigned geography. - Driving the team to achieve their respective sales targets. - Anchoring and promoting merchandising activities. - Oversee Supermarket activation, product activation, and new launch management. - Collecting and analysing competitor product details, feedback on their products performance, marketing and promotional activities carried out by them. - Ensuring merchandising activities like displays, free samples, on-the-spot demonstration, shelf spaces, special offers. - Ensuring accuracy of sales orders and perform stock checks at Distributor/ Stockiest points to ensure continuous supply of products in the market. - Maintaining and tracking performance reports, beat planning, addition and deletion of outlets, incentive calculation of frontline sales team, generating brand wise reports in terms of 'volume' and 'value'. - Evaluating and planning based on the analysis and reports of the day. - Training the team to give special focus to reach the weekly / monthly / quarterly target. - Driving Distributor automation / tool implementation in the assigned geography. - Driving all distribution expansion targets. - Facilitating the team to become data savvy. Qualifications: - Relevant experience in Trade Marketing or Activation or BTL activities in the FMCG sector of more than 5 years. - Strong ability to analyze data and reports to make informed decisions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team coordination and reporting. - Ensuring all merchandising activities and promotions are executed with precision. - Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. - Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders. - Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and targets.
