Position Title : Manager trade marketing/Customer development manager  Location : Kolkata  Job Description :  - The position is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient spend of the regional BTL budgets to achieve stated Sales Objectives.   - This role will also provide strategic and tactical sales planning to maximize our market share and achieve position of dominance in the region.  - The Regional Trade Marketing position actively collaborates with corporate and the branch to identify and deploy inputs to satisfy the Brand and Sales Objectives for that region.   - The person is also required to analyze the external environment through Market reports and field visits to identify opportunities and actionable inputs to maximize market share.   - The RTMM in collaboration with Corporate TM also plays a pivotal role in creating the monthly and rolling sales forecast with high degree of accuracy after evaluating sales history, seasonality, ATL & BTL inputs, etc.  Candidate Profile :  - Looking for batch of 2007/08/09 from good pedigree and FMCG background  - Preferably local (Kolkata) candidates  - Should have at least 1 year experience at a Manager level and an overall 4-6 years’ experience in FMCG sales and/or marketing  - Effective communication and inter-personal skills  - Effective decision making skills  - Good with numbers; Analytical approach
