Trade Manager

Job Description:

- To establish the company as the ultimate authority of Natural Diamonds by building successful relationships with existing and finding new jewellery retailers in India

- Maintaining and building the jewellery image bank

- Ensuring the company programs are clear, effective, useable, accessible and successful to all retail partners in India

- Ideate and assist in end-to-end coordination for the Co-Op/ Industry Partner program (IPP) by the company and building strong relationships with the Co-Op/IPP partners in India

- Work closing with the Trade Director on the creation and maintenance of the digital / online portals to establish the company as the natural diamond education and communications resource

- Create and upload relevant marketing and communication assets for retail partners

- Build & improve on the existing platform architecture (format, content), identify and partner with the right vendors and technologies

- Execute the roll-out basis prioritization

- Gather & distill retail, consumer and cultural insights and work closely with the Trade Director to infuse them into training, communication etc. for the trade

- Work closely with the Trade Director to build trade communication tactics that will include full digital suite (trade portal, social media, digital newsletter), events, in person visits to retailers, regular update calls, emails, and PR

- Work closely with the Trade Director to promote to the trade fraternity all of the company's marketing initiatives

- Transversal collaboration across content, PR, media team members, as well as research & advertising /content agencies

- Closely tracking and maintaining the budget for the region, along with the Trade Director

- Understand best practices in industry and stay apprised on innovations & new initiatives within marketplace
