ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a first-principles thinker and strong problem solver to build new offerings for multiple customer segments at Tracxn. This is a high-ownership role requiring detailed market research, strong product thinking, and excellent project management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Take new offerings from idea to launch, starting with identifying and understanding customer needs.

- Conduct detailed market research and industry benchmarking.

- Convert business needs into clear requirements for the delivery team.

- Work closely with Sales, Data, Product and Business teams to ensure smooth delivery.

- Build and lead a team to develop and launch new offerings at scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- 5 - 8 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, growth-stage startups, or other analytical, execution-driven roles.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from a Tier-1 institution such as IITs, BITS Pilani, or equivalent.

- Strong first-principles problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and develop practical, scalable solutions.

- Strong analytical and research abilities, with the ability to use data to understand problems and make decisions.

- Comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology, with the ability to understand technical systems, constraints and trade-offs.

- Strong ownership and execution orientation, with the ability to independently drive problems from definition to resolution.

- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Preferred: prior experience with B2B businesses, SaaS, market intelligence, consulting, technology platforms, or other data-driven businesses.

- Preferred: hands-on experience with AI, automation, or technology-enabled process improvement.
