- Cross-Functional Release Management: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of product releases. Identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and risks and drive them to closure.
- Release Readiness & Go-to-Market Coordination: Ensure all stakeholders are prepared for launches, including product documentation, internal communication, training, sales enablement, customer communication, and operational readiness.
- Business & Product Performance Analysis: Track and analyze product release performance using business and product metrics. Evaluate adoption, usage, customer feedback, and business impact to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Build and continuously improve standardized processes, dashboards, and operating mechanisms for product releases. Identify opportunities to automate tracking, reporting, and release workflows to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Act as a key liaison between senior leadership and cross-functional teams, providing regular updates on release progress, risks, outcomes, and key decisions. Drive accountability and ensure timely execution across teams.
- Post-Release Review: Establish mechanisms to evaluate releases after launch, capture learnings, analyze outcomes against defined KPIs, and translate insights into improvements for future releases.
