Job Description - Product Manager (Growth & User Acquisition)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive user acquisition, visitor-to-lead (V2L) conversion, and organic growth. The role focuses on improving the product funnel, optimizing SEO-driven traffic, and enhancing user journeys to maximize lead generation and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and improve the end-to-end product funnel from traffic to lead conversion
- Drive V2L optimization through landing page improvements, funnel experiments, and CRO
- Work closely with SEO, content, tech, and business teams to improve organic traffic and lead quality
- Identify user behavior patterns through analytics and build data-driven product improvements
- Define product roadmap focused on acquisition, engagement, and conversion
- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion metrics
- Track product KPIs like traffic, conversion rate, lead quality, and retention
- Build scalable growth loops and optimize acquisition channels
Requirements:
- 4+ years in Product Management, preferably in consumer internet, marketplace, or lead-gen platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO, acquisition funnels, and conversion optimization
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with engineering and marketing teams
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in classifieds, auto-tech, agri-tech, or marketplace businesses
- Strong understanding of lead generation ecosystems
