Tractor Junction - Associate Director - Operations

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director Operations to lead and scale lending operations while driving operational excellence, governance, automation, and business transformation. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in end-to-end lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end lending operations including customer onboarding, underwriting coordination, loan disbursement, documentation, and servicing.

- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization.

- Establish governance mechanisms to monitor KPIs, SLAs, TAT, productivity, and portfolio health.

- Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Collections, Finance, Product, Technology, and Sales teams to improve operational efficiency.

- Develop dashboards and MIS for leadership reviews and business performance tracking.

- Build scalable operational processes to support business growth.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal operational policies.

- Lead transformation initiatives that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

- Manage large cross-functional teams and develop future leaders.

- Drive operational cost optimization while maintaining service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 10-15 years of experience in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, or Lending Operations.

- Strong understanding of Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Lending Operations, Underwriting Workflow, Disbursement Operations, Collections Coordination, and Risk & Operational Controls.

- Experience in business transformation and process automation.

- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with Power BI, Advanced Excel, Salesforce, JIRA, or similar tools.

- Strong leadership with experience managing large operational teams.
