TraceLink is looking for a strong, hands-on people manager to lead our Network Operations Team a team at the heart of how the worlds leading pharma, medical device, and nutraceutical companies connect, comply, and operate on our global network.
This role is for someone who thrives on ownership, clarity, and execution, and who enjoys leading teams through complexity to deliver real customer impact.

Our Network Operations Team is responsible for creating accurate digital twins of real-world supply chain operations enabling business partners across the globe to exchange critical business and compliance data.
Your leadership will directly impact customer success, network quality, and operational excellence.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team delivering timely, accurate customer outcomes.
- Drive case prioritization, sprint-based execution, and workload planning.
- Partner closely with Support, Network Success Managers, and project teams.
- Own customer and internal escalations with confidence and clarity.
- Continuously improve processes, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:
- 10+ years in customer-facing roles (SaaS, technology, or consulting preferred).
- Prior experience in a SaaS environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, collaboration tools, and productivity platforms.
- Foundational SQL knowledge (plus XML/EDI experience a bonus).
- Experience in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or global networks is a plus.
Office-First Culture:
This is an in-office role, 5 days a week.
