- Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills in English, with the ability to represent the organization at a regional level and engage CXOs, enterprise customers, and strategic partners.
- Extensive experience in enterprise IT networking, with deep expertise in core networking technologies, enterprise infrastructure, wireless solutions, switching, routing, and enterprise-grade firewall solutions.
- Advanced technical mastery of Switching, Routing, Wireless, and Enterprise Networking architectures, with strong capability to build deep expertise in TP-Link enterprise solutions and competing technologies.
- Proven ability to lead regional technical initiatives, mentor solution consultants, and drive technical excellence across teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and PAN India for strategic customer engagements, partner enablement, and key projects.
Job Description: (Duties & Responsibilities)
- Own and drive the technical strategy and execution for the assigned region, ensuring successful positioning and adoption of enterprise networking solutions.
- Lead solution consulting activities across the region, supporting large enterprise opportunities, complex solution designs, and strategic customer engagements.
- Mentor, guide, and upskill Solution Consultants and technical teams to ensure consistent technical excellence and best practices across the region.
- Act as the regional technical escalation point for complex customer requirements, solution validation, and deployment challenges.
- Oversee and contribute to RFPs, tenders, and large deal pursuits, ensuring accurate technical compliance and competitive positioning.
- Build strong relationships with regional partners, system integrators, and key enterprise customers, driving long-term technical trust and collaboration.
- Provide structured market, competitor, and customer feedback to product management and R&D teams to influence roadmap and solution enhancements.
- Represent the organization in regional events, technical forums, partner conferences, and solution showcases.
