Profile Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to bridge the gap between our technical product development and market-facing teams. This role is not about coding but about being the commercial voice of the product leveraging your technical background to craft compelling narratives, enable sales, and ensure our solutions achieve strong market fit. You will be accountable for the business performance of the product post-launch, focusing on pricing, packaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Develop and own comprehensive GTM strategies for new products, features, and releases.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate us in the market.
- Conduct market analysis, segmentation, and competitive research to guide GTM plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine optimal pricing and packaging.
Market & Customer Insights
- Act as the voice of the market within the R&D team, translating customer needs and market trends into actionable roadmap inputs.
- Engage with enterprise customers and prospects to gather feedback on usability, adoption, and value.
- Champion the voice of the customer across the organization.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Serve as the primary product liaison for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
- Develop impactful enablement materials (battle cards, ROI calculators, whitepapers, demo scripts).
- Train and enable teams on the products technical and commercial value to handle objections effectively.
Technical Product Expertise
- Develop a deep understanding of the products architecture, APIs, integrations, and technology.
- Create and validate technical content to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B technology with focus on GTM strategy.
- Strong technical background (experience as Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Pre-sales).
- Proven success in executing GTM plans that drove adoption and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making expertise.
