The Opportunity: We're looking for a Senior TA Partner & People Ops professional who thrives in autonomy, owns the entire HR function, and operates with a strategic, leadership mindset. This is not a role for process followers - we want builders who can design, implement, and continuously refine talent and people strategies for a scaling SaaS organisation. You'll partner directly with the CEO, lead recruitment across GTM and Tech roles, and shape every part of the employee lifecycle - from performance management to engagement and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition; - Lead end-to-end recruitment: workforce planning - sourcing - assessments - onboarding. - Design and execute hiring strategies for both GTM and Tech functions, ensuring Quality over Quantity in candidate pipelines. - Be a strong passive sourcer using personalised outreach to attract top-tier talent. - Build scalable recruitment processes that can evolve with the company's growth. - Deliver high-touch candidate experiences to maintain a strong employer brand. People Operations & Emp Engagement: - Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all HR matters at Townhall. - Drive Employee Engagement initiatives, execute the annual engagement calendar, and bring creativity to how we keep our teams connected. - Oversee performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning. - Manage daily HR Ops activities, ensuring all digital assets, systems, and records are accurate and up to date. What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of experience spanning both GTM and Tech recruitment. - Experience in owning the full HR function in a startup or scaling environment. - Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into people strategies. - Exceptional sourcing skills and the ability to craft personalised candidate outreaches. - Strong understanding of SaaS industry dynamics. - Process builder, not just a process follower.
