
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead - HRSS (GCC) to oversee and optimize HR service delivery, ensuring consistent, SLA-driven services from hire-to-retire. This role drives continuous improvements in employee experience, operational efficiency, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle services (onboarding, lifecycle changes, benefits administration, exits)
- HR service delivery through ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and workflow platforms
- Developing dashboards to monitor service quality, transaction volumes, root cause analysis, and productivity metrics
- Driving operational excellence and employee experience enhancements
The ideal candidate will have experience in HRSS/GCC and a passion for delivering exceptional HR services.
