- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Head to lead our Aftermarket Lubricant Sales operations for the North & East regions of India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regional Sales & Profitability Leadership: Take full ownership of driving and achieving ambitious sales volume and profitability targets for the entire North & East India zone in the aftermarket lubricant segment.

- Distributor Network Management: Strategically manage and optimize the performance of a vast distributor network across the region, leveraging a dedicated team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Territory Managers (TMs).

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Territory Managers (TMs), ensuring they are equipped to meet and exceed their targets.

- Strategic Sales & Distribution Execution: Provide crucial support in the planning phases and aggressively drive the execution of the Sales & Distribution strategy tailored for the North & East Zone.

- Distribution Expansion: Lead initiatives for the significant expansion of lubricant distribution across all relevant market segments within the assigned zone, identifying and onboarding new channels.

- Market Growth Initiatives: Support the marketing team actively in the planning and meticulous execution of promotional schemes and campaigns designed to boost sales and market share in the aftermarket segment.

- Market Analysis & Insights: Continuously monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key distributors, major clients, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

- Performance Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, market intelligence, and team progress to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

- 12+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership within the aftermarket lubricant industry.

- Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales volume and profitability targets in a large geographical region.

- Extensive experience in managing and expanding large distributor networks.

- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop multi-level sales teams, specifically including Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers.

- Strong understanding of sales and distribution strategies within the FMCG or lubricant sector.

- Experience in driving distribution expansion across various market segments.

- Familiarity with supporting marketing functions in the planning and execution of promotional schemes.

- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and presentation abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively across the North & East regions as required
