Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing increment simulations for increment budget approvals, variable payouts, ESOPs allocation - basis business performance, market survey trends & other relevant factors.

2. Managing annual & mid-year appraisal process for India & other countries - budget allocation, closure of final budget modelling. Working with HR Ops team to ensure timely execution - increment letter release, comms to employees etc.

3. Monitoring LTIP policy (ESOPs), monitoring overall pool status, new joiner allocation & performance allocation.

4. Handling one-time events like Primary & Secondary buy-backs, implementation of compensation related tools.

5. Handling compensation tool - for modelling, letter generation & other related tasks.

6. Managing NRC agenda, ensuring necessary approvals, aiding executive compensation management.

7. Conducting regular market research salary surveys, and benchmarking studies to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

8. Create & own new joiner hiring guidelines, manage exception hiring approvals.

9. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs including employee insurance, leaves, loyalty, retirement, car lease and others. Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts to optimize benefits offerings.

10. Conduct regular assessments and market analysis to ensure the competitiveness and effectiveness of total rewards programs.

11. Provide guidance and training HR team on various Total Rewards related concepts.

12. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and communicate benefits programs effectively to employees.

13. Managing all data requirements related to compensation & performance.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional - CCP) is plus.

- 4 to 8 years of experience in total rewards management, compensation and benefits administration.

- In-depth knowledge of compensation strategies, benefits programs, and recognition practices.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, HRMS, HCM Cloud, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms).
