Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards Lead to spearhead our compensation and benefits strategy within the dynamic BFSI sector in Gurugram. In this pivotal role, you will act as the architect of our reward philosophy, ensuring our offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the high-stakes demands of the banking industry. You will work closely with the CHRO, business unit heads, and finance leadership to translate complex market data into actionable pay structures that attract and retain top-tier talent. By balancing fiscal responsibility with employee value proposition, you will directly influence the organization's ability to scale and maintain its market-leading position in a highly competitive financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive compensation frameworks, including base pay, variable incentives, and long-term equity plans, to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness for our banking workforce.

- Lead the annual compensation review cycle, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to optimize budget allocation and reward high-performing talent.

- Manage complex benefits portfolios and wellness programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our employees while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory standards within the BFSI domain.

- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams to develop compelling offer strategies that secure critical hires in a talent-scarce market.

- Conduct deep-dive market benchmarking and trend analysis to identify gaps in our reward structure, proactively adjusting strategies to mitigate attrition risks.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate mastery in designing complex compensation models and incentive structures specifically tailored to the nuances of the BFSI and Banking sectors.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities to interpret large datasets and translate them into strategic insights for executive stakeholders.

- Possess exceptional communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex reward philosophies to diverse audiences, including board members and frontline managers.

- Maintain a high degree of professional maturity and integrity when handling sensitive payroll and performance data.

- Hold a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards.

- Thrive in a high-performance, hybrid work environment in Gurugram, demonstrating the agility to manage multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
