Position: Compensation & Benefits Lead Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Compensation & Benefits: - Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with business and market dynamics. - Collaborate with regional/country heads to ensure local relevance and global consistency. - Conduct job evaluations using market and internal data for equitable positioning. - Provide data-driven insights to support leadership decisions. - Advise HRBPs and managers on salary structures, promotions, transfers, and offers. - Streamline processes and improve efficiency in compensation and benefits operations. - Manage vendor performance, contracts, and ensure global compliance. - Coordinate with payroll and vendors for accurate implementation and discrepancy resolution. - Support statutory audits and ensure regulatory adherence. HR Digital: - Lead design and implementation of HR digital initiatives and planning. - Drive automation and AI-based improvements in HR operations. - Oversee the implementation of HR systems (e.g., Workday). Qualifications: Must-Have: - 6+ years of HR experience, including 4+ in Compensation & Benefits. - Experience managing remote HR Ops and working closely with Finance/Payroll. - Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with high confidentiality. Preferred: - Exposure to multi-country or regional C&B programs. - Effective communication and stakeholder management across global teams. - Familiarity with high-compliance environments and changing deadlines. Education: - MBA/Postgraduate in Human Resources. - Certifications in C&B (e.g., GRP, CCP) are a plus.
