Responsibilities

- Develop and lead the general sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales) in Sales Department.

- Maintain and develop existing accounts for Warehousing business.

- Target new customers as well as new business opportunities.

- Infuse Sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients.

- Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.

- Build an open-communication environment for your team.

- Excellent in communication and negotiation.

- Extended customer portfolio in Pan India and outside.

Qualifications

- Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

- At least 2-6 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and business development.

- Experience in project and warehouse sales is a big plus.

- Proficient in MS Office applications.
