Total Group - Head/General Manager - Transportation

Head / GM - Transportation (Full Truck Load Business).

Looking for a senior logistics professional to head the Full Truck Load (FTL) Transportation business vertical responsible for overall operations, business development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end FTL transportation operations.

- Drive business development and acquire new clients.

- Expand operations and improve profitability.

- Manage budgets, KPIs, and cost control.

- Lead and manage operations and sales teams.

- Travel 10-15 days per month as required.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Full Truck Load business only.

- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.

- Strong operational knowledge with sales exposure.
