About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing & Branding Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong multitasking abilities, capable of driving brand presence across real estate and hospitality verticals while contributing to music and event initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

- Oversee brand strategy and positioning for the real estate vertical.

- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Create and enforce brand guidelinesvisuals, tone, and messagingto maintain consistency.

Content & Social Media

- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.

- Monitor social media trends, best practices, and industry developments to refine content strategy.

- Collaborate with internal teams (hospitality, creative, and events) to align marketing efforts with brand objectives.

Event & Hospitality Marketing

- Manage and execute events and concerts for the TE Music Foundation.

- Coordinate with the hospitality team to capture real-time moments and stories for brand engagement.

- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless execution.

Accountabilities

- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.

- Maintain smooth communication between the hospitality, creative, and internal teams.

- Uphold brand integrity across all marketing touchpoints.

Requirements

- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, or event management.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and data management ability.

- Dynamic, hospitable, and proactive personality with a great attitude.

- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.

- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Background

- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or event marketing domains.

- Creative mindset with hands-on experience in content creation and brand storytelling.
