Recognised as world leaders by analysts in our niche - providing integration services as a backbone for digital transformation. The opportunity: - Given the opportunities in our space due to our focus, we are sensing an opportunity to double our growth. - We're searching for a senior level person who will be part of our executive leadership team and own the sales function, across existing and future accounts. - The model is fixed price and predominantly targeted to overseas clients who do not have captive delivery centres in India. - The client profile is one who is experiencing broad integration related challenges, transformation from legacy to a API/Microservice first environment, cloud migration. WFH/WFO - This position requires face to face interaction with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and other heads of departments, from HR to delivery to marketing to centre of excellence. - In order to excel and fully enjoy what you do needs at least 4 days a week working full time inside our Bangalore office. The position also requires periodic travel, a few times a year for short visits to visit our offices in the US and Europe. We are also seeing pockets of opportunity from Middle East and Africa. Relevant Experience and skills: 1. 10 plus years directly selling IT services from offshore, holding individual targets for hunting new accounts and closure and responsible for team targets 2.
