State Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify commercial opportunities and drive profitable growth across wires, cables, and related industrial products.

- Lead, mentor, and collaborate with junior sales team members, fostering a go-getter mindset and resilience through business cycles.

- Participate actively in identifying and managing strategic partnerships such as mergers & acquisitions, outsourced manufacturing, and branding collaborations.

- Develop and implement effective distribution strategies and ensure their successful execution across the territory.

- Drive brand development with support from Marketing & Brand Leads and manage influencer engagement systems.

- Formulate and approve pricing strategies and make critical pricing decisions.

- Oversee B2B sales with support from National and Regional Key Account Managers:

- Identify new market opportunities and develop business proposals to secure contracts with B2B customers, including real estate developers.

- Manage key B2B accounts to increase share of wallet and strengthen relationships.

- Support B2C sales efforts with assistance from the B2C Lead:

- Identify and onboard dealers across target markets.

`- Track dealer performance, conduct dealer engagement programs (dealer meets, mobile apps, etc.), and drive throughput improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in cables & wires, termination kits, transformers, switchgear, or related industrial products.

- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring sales teams.

- Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive business growth in competitive markets.

- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and distribution strategies.

- Sound knowledge of pricing strategies, B2B and B2C sales models, and key account management.

- Resilient, growth-oriented, and results-driven with a proactive approach to challenges.
