Key Responsibilities
- Assist and manage the process of a variety of initiatives of the CEO and leadership team.
- Collaborate with the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies and track high-priority initiatives for the executive team to help identify and mitigate any/potential obstacles.
- Serving as a liaison: VP (Operations) acts as a liaison between the CEO and other members of the organization
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, facilitate special projects, and ensure action items are executed on behalf of the leadership team.
- Provide a Project Management Office (PMO) role and track various initiatives.
- Follow up on monthly reviews for projects and other capital expenditure projects.
- Work with IT and marketing department to ensure robust digital communication and marketing strategy.
- Responsible for structuring and helping to deliver company-wide communications including talks, speeches, reports, and presentations that appropriately reflect the voice, tone, and goals of the executive team.
- Manage the organization's brand & reputation.
- Assist in translating strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization wide goal setting, performance management, and annualoperating planning.
- Track the action items to closure within the given timeframe.
- Implement processes/systems to ensure timely submission of accurate data to the Director. Build in required controls for validating the data accuracy.
- Meeting Participation & Scheduling: You will be responsible for scheduling & attending meetings, appointments, and other commitments for the CEO (with or without them).
- Codify priorities and run cadence for leadership meetings, board meetings, and leadership offsites, including planning, coordinating, taking notes, and keeping the discussion of a meeting focused.
- Assess all inquiries directed to the CEO and determine priority and the proper course of action.
- Triage all incoming requests for the CEO's time and work collaboratively with the Business Operations Lead to ensure his calendar is aligned with the priorities of the organization.
- Keeping executives organized with logistics, meetings, and emails throughout the day.
- Providing research and analysis: You may be asked to conduct research and analysis on various topics related to the CEO's work, such as market trends, industry developments, and competitors.
- Preparing reports and presentations: You may be responsible for preparing reports and presentations for the CEO, which may include financial reports, market analyses, and strategic plans.
Experience: min 7 years (preferred from agri industry)
Qualification: MBA Finance - Tier 1 College with an accounting, economics, finance, commerce graduation
