
Key Responsibilities
- Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives across marketing, operations, and business development.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities in the commodities sector.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives to strengthen TORQ's brand presence across markets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including trading, procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Analyze operational and market data to generate actionable business insights.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal strategic discussions and leadership reviews.
- Monitor project timelines and support the implementation of key business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies across business functions.
- Support commercial teams in developing structured proposals and business documentation.
- Participate in strategic planning discussions and contribute to new business expansion initiatives.
Requirement
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, operations, consulting, strategy, or business analytics roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
