Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, review, and allocate workloads to team members for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Academics, Sales, HR, Tech) to resolve queries and backend escalations.
- Develop and implement SOPs for backend operations to ensure consistency.
- Track performance metrics, prepare operational reports, and present insights to management.
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation or improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and audit requirements.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Act as the escalation point for complex backend issues.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in backend operations, with at least 12 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in EdTech/Service Operations will be an advantage.
