Toppr is looking for an Associate /General Manager (AGM)/GM of Sales. As an AGM/GM, you'll be responsible for managing salesforce, meeting sales targets, and delivering month-on-month growth. - You'll be the driver of operational excellence at your Sales Unit. You'll lead, inspire, provide direction, and guide the day-to-day operations of your sales team. Which is why, AGMs at Toppr must be charismatic leaders who balance people skills and operations management effectively. - You will be the head of your business unit with flexibility of running the unit and driving results. This is for B2C model.Experience in sales for B2C model required. It is a team handling role. KEY QUALIFICATIONS : - MBA/PGDBM from Tier I Business School and/or B. Tech. from a Tier I college (IITs, BITS, NITs). At least 5 years work experience and spent 3 year managing large teams.
