Role Overview:

As Senior Brand Manager, you'll be the voice of the consumer within the business and the architect of the brand's emotional connection across channels. You'll spearhead strategic campaigns, shape our messaging, and ensure seamless brand consistency from digital ads to in-clinic experiences. This role calls for a powerhouse storyteller with an analytical edge and exceptional cross-functional chops.

Key Responsibilities:

- Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentivesDevelop and execute brand strategies to elevate awareness, affinity, and drive growth

- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and offline channels

- Craft and refine brand positioning and core messaging with precision

- Collaborate with creative, media, and performance teams to shape high-impact campaigns

- Partner with product, retail, and ops teams to ensure brand alignment across online platform and physical clinics

- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity for strategic input

- Plan and manage budgets for brand marketing initiatives and activations

- Track and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategy

- Mentor junior marketers and foster a strong brand-first culture

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA from a top-tier B-school (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, MICA etc.)

- 4-7 years of brand building experience in an omnichannel B2C brand environment

- Proven success launching and scaling consumer campaigns across online and offline formats

- Strong storytelling and strategic thinking capabilities

- High analytical and executional rigor; experience working with cross-functional teams

- Comfortable in high-speed environments with a growth mindset

Preferred Traits:

- Exposure to consumer tech, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors

- Experience with influencer and experiential marketing

- Ability to balance brand vision with data-driven marketing tactics

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
