Role Overview:

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll lead initiatives that deepen customer engagement, amplify user-driven growth, and nurture passionate micro-communities around the MakeO brand. If you're obsessed with retention metrics, love experimenting with lifecycle communications, and believe word-of-mouth is the most powerful growth lever-this is your playground.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy & Execution:

- Own and optimize the customer lifecycle through email, SMS, in-app, and WhatsApp campaigns

- Analyze behavior data to build segmentation strategies and personalize communications at scale

- Run A/B tests, iterate on drip campaigns, and align touchpoints with user journeys

Referral Program Ownership:

- Design and launch referral campaigns that tap into network effects

- Work closely with product and engineering to ensure seamless referral integrations

- Monitor performance and continuously iterate to improve referral KPIs

Community Building:

- Create and manage online community programs to build strong customer word of mouth and conversion mediums

- Collaborate with influencers, loyalists, and brand evangelists to spark engagement

- Champion UGC (User Generated Content) and peer-to-peer trust via strategic initiatives

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track CRM and referral performance using dashboards and marketing automation tools

- Share insights across growth and product teams, contributing to strategic decisions

Who You Are:

- 4-6 years of growth marketing experience with a strong focus on CRM and community strategies

- Proven success with referral-based acquisition programs and retention initiatives

- Hands-on with CRM tools (e.g., WebEngage, Clevertap, MoEngage) and comfortable with data analysis

- Excellent communication skills-able to craft compelling narratives and rally cross-functional teams

- Curious, creative, collaborative-and borderline obsessed with customer happiness

Bonus Points

- Prior experience in consumer tech, health & wellness, or D2C brands

- Familiarity with no-code tools and marketing automation platforms

- Ability to think beyond metrics and forge emotional customer connections
