Senior Recruiter (4 to 6 years)

- This is a Mid-level position and the final appointment and designation will depend on the contribution and value that we believe the incumbent will bring onboard

Are you a Talent Acquisition professional? Does building a strong workforce give you an adrenaline Rush? As an HR Team Member, we are looking for professionals with experience in Tech & Non-Tech Recruitment. A commitment to finding potential candidates, screen them and recommend them for placement while maintaining the excellent quality of the candidates.

What would be our minimum expectation from you :

1. Screening resumes

2. Collaborate with business managers to understand requirements.

3. Performing reference and background checks.

4. Coordinating interviews & following up on the interview process status with the hiring managers.

5. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.

6. Completing timely reports on recruitment activity.

What would be the minimum requirements for this role :

1. A university graduation/master's degree.

2. Years of experience can range from 4 to 6 years

3. 2 years (minimum) in tech recruitment.

4. 2 years (minimum) in non-tech recruitment.

5. Must have hands-on experience in job portals like Naukri, IIM jobs & LinkedIn.

6. Should have individually dealt with end-to-end recruitment i.e sourcing to offer.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

8. Experienced in preparing reports.

Salary offered: 6-9 LPA (negotiable)
