The Opportunity:
As a Key Accounts Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale logistics and warehousing operations focused on FMCG clients. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key FMCG clients to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Lead and coordinate logistics and embellishment operations to consistently deliver high-quality service.
- Ensure profitable, cost-efficient operations while adhering to company policies, ISO standards, GDP regulations, and other relevant guidelines.
- Develop, monitor, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation.
- Oversee site functions including pest control, preventive maintenance, and cleanliness to meet quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with client standards, quality agreements, and regulatory requirements such as GMP and GDP.
- Collaborate with clients and operations teams to maintain and improve quality systems.
Conduct monthly management reviews and performance tracking for assigned key accounts.
- Maintain accurate records and performance statistics to support operational decision-making.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 10 years of extensive warehousing experience, specifically within FMCG logistics.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and client management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
