Here's what you'll be doing: - We are looking for a Finance expert for our finance department to look after payment transactions and the financial commitments of our company. You will need to maintain ledgers, oversee tax-related processes, maintain spreadsheets and databases of valuable information. Key responsibilities: Accounts payable : - Preparing and maintaining vendor and consultant contracts, records and payments - Ensure contracts are sent on time and executed duly - Reviewing consultant payments along with other team-members Accounts receivable : - Preparing Order-forms, and contracts to be finalized with customers - Working closely with the team on invoicing, payment reminders, monitoring accounts receivables and revenue at risk. - Tracking payments, reasons for hold-ups and communicating with team members. - Tracking subscription renewals and ensuring all subscriptions are renewed without any delay. - Identifying revenue leakage, if any. - Preparing payment review decks for management.
