
Role Overview:
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to offer release. You would be responsible for managing all aspects of candidate generation and marketing of our roles while developing long-term sourcing strategies and nurturing trusting associations with potential hires.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive research to identify potential candidates using online databases, social media platforms, professional networks, and other head-hunting tools.
- Engage in active networking to identify passive candidates and cultivate relationships with potential talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' leadership abilities, professional achievements, and alignment with the company's values and culture.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates.
- Enhance the employer brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and share recruitment metrics
- Provide insights to leadership teams regarding market conditions, executive compensation trends, and best practices in leadership hiring.
Must Have:
- 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, with expertise in senior-level hiring and headhunting in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in successfully managing, prioritizing, and closing searches against a timeline and setting benchmarks and metrics.
- A deep understanding of the market so we know where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, and approachable, with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
