Title: Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager - Human Resources - Employee Engagement

Location: Noida

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and execution focused HR professional to lead employee engagement, wellness, and learning & development initiatives across the organisation. This role requires an individual to independently conceptualise and execute high-impact engagement and learning programs that enhance employee experience and strengthen cultural alignment.

The ideal candidate should be able to create thoughtful programs and manage their execution in a structured way to achieve clear results

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives such as townhalls, recognition programs, engagement surveys, cultural events, and employee connect forums.

- Develop and manage the annual engagement calendar, ensuring timely and high-quality execution across business units.

- Drive end-to-end Learning & Development initiatives, including Training Need Analysis (TNA), program design coordination, execution, and impact assessment.

- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement structured learning roadmaps.

- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training impact analysis.

- Maintain learning dashboards, reports, and metrics for leadership reviews and audits.

- Drive internal communication campaigns to promote engagement and learning initiatives.

- Introduce innovative and data-driven practices to enhance employee engagement and learning effectiveness.

- Effectively manage the end-to-end performance cycle by ensuring the timely completion of objective setting and formal feedback discussions and publishing reports to relevant stakeholders/business heads.

- Drive various performance review related sessions, including goal-setting workshops, manager enablement sessions and feedback effectiveness workshops.

- Ensure governance and compliance in performance processes across business units.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

- 5-8 years of relevant HR experience with strong exposure to Employee Engagement and Learning & Development

- MBA with specialization in Human Resources / Operations (preferred)

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting engagement and feedback data

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive initiatives independently

- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
