Role Overview:

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our brand presence across multiple e-commerce platforms. You will play a key role in driving online sales, improving visibility, and ensuring excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage product listings, catalogs, pricing, and promotions on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Nykaa, Quick Commerce etc.).

- Monitor and analyze platform performance, sales data, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities.

- Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, keywords, images) to improve rankings and conversions.

- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to execute campaigns and ensure product availability.

- Manage platform relationships, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

- Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.

- Plan and execute e-commerce promotions, deals, and brand campaigns to maximize ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing, preferably in beauty & personal care brand, FMCG.

- Strong understanding of online marketplaces and D2C platforms.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and e-commerce analytics tools.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
