Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Plan and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue targets in line with brand goals.
- Define and execute bidding strategies, experiments, and A/B tests to optimize campaigns.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze performance metrics (CAC, CVR, RTO/RVP, prepaid %, LTV) to identify insights and growth opportunities.
- Use attribution tools and data-driven forecasting to maximize ROI and improve funnel performance.
- Recommend website merchandising strategies and conversion optimization initiatives.
Stakeholder & Budget Management:
- Manage end-to-end stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Effectively allocate and optimize marketing budgets across channels.
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop performance-ready ad creatives.
- Provide input on messaging and visual direction to enhance engagement and conversion.
E-commerce Platforms:
- Manage and track campaigns integrated with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce CMS.
- Recommend enhancements to website structure and customer journey.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with 3+ years in a D2C environment.
Expertise in:
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Meta advertising (Facebook, Instagram)
- Deep understanding of:
- Customer acquisition costs (CAC)
- Conversion rate optimization (CVR)
- Return to Origin/Return vs. Purchase (RTO/RVP)
- Prepaid percentage and other key D2C KPIs
- Experience in performance forecasting, budget management, and revenue planning.
- Proven ability to run experiments and optimize campaigns using attribution and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Good to Have:
- Experience in brand media planning and optimizing top-funnel KPIs.
- Exposure to affiliate marketing and programmatic advertising.
- Knowledge of broader e-commerce growth strategies.
