Experience in M&A (investment banking or corporate development) post-FDD/due diligence experience is highly desirable. - Experience in the D2C, retail, or e-commerce sectors is preferred. o Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. o Excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. o Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial modeling and presentations. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Entrepreneurial drive, disciplined, and focused. o Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. o Strong presentation and excel modeling skills.
