TMRW - Lead - Business Finance

- Business Performance Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards of key business performance metrics, tailoring them for various audiences to provide clear, actionable financial visibility.

- Data Analytics & Insights: Conduct deep-dive analysis of historical trends, variance from plans, and key performance indicators to generate actionable insights that drive business improvement.

- Financial Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with internal business stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement action plans aimed at enhancing financial performance.

- Financial Modeling & Decision Support: Build sophisticated financial models, conduct sensitivity analysis, and apply other advanced financial methodologies to support robust commercial finance decision-making.

- Planning & Budgeting: Co-own the TMRW planning and budgeting process in close collaboration with the FP&A team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

What We're Looking For:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in similar business finance or financial planning & analysis roles.

- Strong Excel skills are a must, with a proven ability to build and manage dynamic financial models.

- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Proven experience in developing impactful business performance reports and dashboards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with diverse business stakeholders.

- A proactive mindset, comfortable taking initiative and driving projects to completion.

- Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
