- Lead 2-3 full life-cycle implementations of MS Dynamics D365 F&O Finance modules.
- Gather, analyze, and re-engineer in-house business processes to design solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Provide functional support for D365 F&O maintenance and operations.
Configure and implement Financial Management modules:
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Budgeting
- Fixed Assets
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) with stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues across Level 2 and Level 3 support, adhering to SLAs.
- Collaborate with business users to identify problem areas and deliver the best-fit solutions.
- Identify opportunities to optimize D365 F&O features, strengthen interfaces, and enhance usability.
- Prepare and execute solution testing, unit testing, and business acceptance testing.
- Support data migration, master data validation, cut-over, and Go-Live activities.
- Configure security, workflows, and business processes within D365 F&O.
- Provide usability guidance and create reference material for end-users.
- Communicate issues, risks, and updates proactively with stakeholders and leadership.
- Generate detailed utilization and status reports on project deliverables.
- Stay updated on new D365 F&O functionalities and industry best practices.
- Travel as required to support project delivery and client interactions.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience with at least 2-3 full life-cycle implementations of D365 F&O Finance modules.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in General Ledger, AR, AP, Budgeting, and Fixed Assets.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance certification is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Fit-Gap analysis, CRPs, and SLA-driven support environments.
- Experience in solution testing, data migration, and cut-over/go-live activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with international clients independently.
- Ability to provide detailed documentation and reference material for stakeholders.
- Open to travel as per business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on exposure to integration scenarios within D365 F&O.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools integrated with D365.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
