- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design and Purchase, Logistic, to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, keeping abreast of new technologies and best practices in technical support.
- Train and onboard new technical support team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
- Analyze support required and customer feedback to identify recurring issues and proactively address them.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with MBA in a related field.
- Working experience of 5-8 years and at least 1 years in the similar Elevator or similar Industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
